The Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center is connected by a walkway to the Crown Center complex, offering direct access to shopping, dining, and the Hallmark Visitors Center. A complimentary shuttle transports guests to Union Station, the National World War I Museum, and downtown businesses. The hotel is also within a 5-minute walk of Washington Square Park and close to the Crossroads Arts District.

Guest rooms include Sheraton Signature beds, flat-screen TVs, iPod docking stations, and small refrigerators. The Club Lounge on the 42nd floor provides panoramic views of the Kansas City skyline. Rooms on the Club Level offer access to this lounge, though it is closed on weekends (breakfast vouchers for Spectators restaurant are provided instead).
