“My impression is that this is a wonderfully positioned Chicago base, where the rooms themselves, often boasting impressive views, feel modern and exceedingly comfortable, particularly noted for their beds and pillows. While the service was generally friendly, with check-in and check-out processes being efficient, I noted some inconsistency in housekeeping expectations versus actual service delivery regarding daily room cleaning and towel requests. Overall, the convenience for exploring the city and the quality of the renovated accommodations left a strong, positive mark.”
